There is hereby created the Statewide Independent Living\n\nCouncil which shall be established pursuant to the federal\n\nRehabilitation Act of 1973, Public Law 93-112, codified at 29\n\nU.S.C., Section 701 et seq., as amended.\n\nB. The duties of the Council shall be those as set forth in the\n\nfederal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.\n\nC.
