Stat. tit. 56, § 56-65","heading":"Screening of persons requesting assistance","body":"Any person requesting assistance pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nIndigent Health Care Act and who meets the criteria specified in\n\nparagraph 2 of Section 58 of this title shall be required to go\n\nthrough a screening process established by the Department of Human\n\nServices as follows:\n\n1. A determination shall be made as to whether the person is\n\neligible for any existing state or federal health care program; and\n\n2.
