The Department of Human Services, from all monies deposited\n\ninto the Indigent Health Care Revolving Fund for the purpose of\n\nimplementing the provisions of the Oklahoma Indigent Health Care\n\nAct, shall reimburse clinics which meet the requirements of Section\n\n64 of this title and elect to participate in the Oklahoma Indigent\n\nHealth Care Act.\n\nB. Disbursements of state monies from the Indigent Health Care\n\nRevolving Fund to eligible clinics shall be as follows:\n\n1. Following certification and approval by the Department of\n\nHuman Services of the accuracy of reports submitted pursuant to\n\nSection 64 of this title the Department shall determine the amount\n\nof state monies available to the clinics; and\n\n2. The Department shall make payments from state monies\n\navailable to all participating clinics in the state pursuant to\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Indigent Health Care Act. Payment rates\n\nshall be determined by the Department of Human Services following\n\nconsultation with provider groups. The Department of Human Services\n\nshall determine the amount due each clinic according to available\n\nmonies. The rate of clinic reimbursement shall not exceed the\n\nindividual clinic's reimbursement rate established by the Department\n\nof Human Services for Medicaid patients.\n\nC. The Department, from sources other than the Indigent Health\n\nCare Revolving Fund, shall make payments from available state and\n\nfederal monies to all participating hospitals and clinics in the\n\nstate pursuant to provisions of the Oklahoma Indigent Health Care\n\nAct. Payment rates shall be determined by the Department of Human\n\nServices following consultation with provider groups. The\n\nDepartment of Human Services shall determine the amount due each\n\nhospital and clinic according to available monies.
