Stat. tit. 56, § 56-703","heading":"Credit for providing volunteer in-home service","body":"The Aging Services Division of the Department of Human Services\n\nshall establish a program to enable persons to volunteer their time\n\nand services to an in-home service or volunteer agency serving the\n\nhomebound which is approved by the Division and receive credit for\n\nproviding volunteer in-home service. The credit may then be drawn\n\nupon when a volunteer or beneficiary needs such in-home services.\n\nTypes of services rendered are in-home services which enhance the\n\ncapacity of the recipient to maintain self-sufficiency and/or\n\nimprove the recipient's quality of life.
