The sponsoring organizations, including but not limited to:\n\na. eligibility requirements for certification of local\n\nsponsoring organizations,\n\nb. roles and responsibilities of the sponsoring\n\norganizations,\n\nc. provisions for the sponsoring organizations to\n\nestablish program contribution procedures,\n\nd. provisions for liability insurance for the sponsor and\n\nvolunteers, and\n\ne. provisions for written policies and procedures\n\nregarding confidentiality and recordkeeping;\n\n2. Volunteers, including but not limited to:\n\na. types of volunteers and eligibility criteria for same,\n\nwhether receiving service credits or donating credits\n\nto a beneficiary,\n\nb. procedures for making application to the Program,\n\nc. training requirements, and\n\nd. a volunteer code of ethics; and\n\n3.
