There is hereby created a Volunteer Service Credit Bank\n\nProgram Advisory Council appointed by the Director of the Department\n\nof Human Services. The Council shall be composed of fifteen (15)\n\nmembers selected for their activity in aging and volunteer programs\n\nin Oklahoma. Membership will include, but not be limited to,\n\nrepresentation from the State Council on Aging and the Oklahoma\n\nBusiness and Aging Leadership Council, the State ACTION director, an\n\nAmerican Association of Retired Persons representative, a health\n\nagency professional, a State Unit on Aging staff member, an Area\n\nAgency on Aging director and volunteer agency personnel. Other\n\nrelevant volunteers and/or professionals will be invited to serve as\n\nappropriate. The members shall serve without compensation but may\n\nbe reimbursed for expenses by the Department pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the State Travel Reimbursement Act.\n\nB. The Division shall provide professional and clerical staff\n\nto perform the designated duties of the Council.\n\nC. The Volunteer Service Credit Bank Program Advisory Council\n\nshall have the power and duty to:\n\n1. Serve as the advisory body to the Division for the\n\ndevelopment and improvement of services to homebound individuals;\n\n2. Advise and consult with the Division on all matters relating\n\nto the Volunteer Service Credit Bank Program; and\n\n3.
