Stat. tit. 56, § 56-96","heading":"Rate of interest - Payment - Signatures - Recording","body":"Bonds issued as herein provided shall bear interest at a rate\n\nnot to exceed the maximum rate provided by Section 498.1 of Title 62\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, payable semiannually, and of denominations\n\nof not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), nor more than One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) each. The entire amount shall be\n\npayable within twenty-five (25) years. They shall be signed by the\n\nchairman of the board of county commissioners, and countersigned by\n\nthe county clerk. They shall be recorded by the county clerk and by\n\nthe State Auditor and Inspector, both of whom shall endorse the same\n\non the back thereof.
