Stat. tit. 57, § 57-212","heading":"Requisition of service of prisoners - Direction to furnish","body":"prisoner personnel.\n\nWhen there is a need therefor at any state eleemosynary\n\ninstitution, maintenance services of prisoners may be requisitioned\n\nby the governing body of such institution. Such requisition shall\n\nbe submitted to the Director of Corrections or the designee of the\n\nDirector and shall state the services desired and the number of\n\nprisoners necessary therefor, and there shall be incorporated\n\ntherein or attached thereto a detailed statement showing\n\narrangements for quarters, subsistence, and security of the\n\nprisoners. If the Director of Corrections or the designee of the\n\nDirector, after considering such requisition, finds that there is a\n\nneed for the services desired or any part thereof, the Director or\n\ndesignee may thereupon direct the appropriate warden or\n\nsuperintendent to furnish qualified prisoner personnel to perform\n\nthe services found to be needed at the institution for which the\n\nrequisition was made.","path":["OK Code","Title 57"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os57.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f132e19f761578490b442df567de28589ec1cd16879c293b03edeafd81dfc4c7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-57-57-211","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-57-57-213"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
