Stat. tit. 57, § 57-213","heading":"Sending qualified prisoners to requisitioning institution","body":"-Limited clemency - Receipts - Return of prisoners.\n\nUpon being directed to do so by the Director of Corrections or\n\nthe designee of the Director, the appropriate warden or\n\nsuperintendent shall send to the institution for which the\n\nrequisition was made, current qualified prisoners to perform the\n\nservices found by the Director or the designee to be needed at such\n\ninstitution, and shall furnish the names of such prisoners to the\n\nState Pardon and Parole Board for the purpose of securing limited\n\nclemency for such prisoners for the performance of services at such\n\ninstitution.
