Stat. tit. 57, § 57-217","heading":"Lists of prisoners eligible for public work projects","body":"Upon approval by the Board of Corrections, the Director shall\n\ndetermine which prisoners shall be eligible for said public project,\n\nand shall establish and may modify lists of prisoners eligible for\n\nthe said public projects.
