Stat. tit. 57, § 57-332.20","heading":"Two-stage parole consideration process - Tracking","body":"effects - Data collection.\n\nThe Department of Corrections, in conjunction with the Pardon\n\nand Parole Board, shall implement a method for tracking the success\n\nand recidivism of persons who are required to have a two-stage\n\nparole consideration process pursuant to subsection C of Section\n\n332.7 of this title for the first three (3) years following their\n\nindividual release from incarceration or release to parole.\n\nIncluded in the annual and cumulative data to be collected for this\n\ncategory of offenders shall be offender demographics and statistics\n\nincluding:\n\n1. Offense type;\n\n2. Sentence length;\n\n3. Release information, indicating parole including the offense\n\nto which parole applied and whether multiple offenses or concurrent\n\noffenses were reviewed for purposes of parole or timed-out sentence\n\nand the percent of sentence served;\n\n4. Number of persons by offense type eligible for parole\n\nconsideration in the first and second stages of parole consideration\n\nin the calendar year;\n\n5. Number of persons by offense type actually recommended for\n\nparole in the calendar year;\n\n6. Number of persons by offense type granted parole by the\n\nGovernor in the calendar year;\n\n7. Rearrest data in the calendar year and cumulatively over the\n\noffender’s three-year data collection period;\n\n8. Reincarceration data in the calendar year and cumulatively\n\nover the offender’s three-year data collection period;\n\n9. Employment data for the calendar year cumulatively over the\n\noffender’s three-year data collection period; and\n\n10. Other information deemed beneficial to analyzing the\n\nsuccess and recidivism of this category of offenders annually and\n\ncumulatively over the offender’s three-year data collection period.\n\nThe information collected shall be made available to the members\n\nof the Legislature, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, and\n\nthe Governor, by the Department of Corrections or the Pardon and\n\nParole Board annually upon request, but not later than March 1\n\nfollowing the first data collection period.","path":["OK Code","Title 57"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os57.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bc4e03712353a59580f3603267d33d35a0fa25c6bc78a2d0c7e2e851049688aa","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-57-57-332.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-57-57-332.21"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
