Stat. tit. 57, § 57-349.3","heading":"Rights of parolee or probationer","body":"With respect to any hearing pursuant to this act, the parolee or\n\nprobationer:\n\n1. Shall have reasonable notice in writing of the nature and\n\ncontent of the allegations to be made, including notice that its\n\npurpose is to determine whether there is probable cause to believe\n\nthat he has committed a violation that may lead to a revocation of\n\nparole or probation;\n\n2. Shall be permitted to advise with any persons whose\n\nassistance he reasonably desires, prior to the hearing;\n\n3. Shall have the right to confront and examine any persons who\n\nhave made allegations against him, unless the hearing officer\n\ndetermines that such confrontation would present a substantial\n\npresent or subsequent danger of harm to such person or persons; and\n\n4. May admit, deny or explain the violation alleged and may\n\npresent proof, including affidavits and other evidence, in support\n\nof his contentions.
