Stat. tit. 57, § 57-349.4","heading":"Hearings held in other states - Effect","body":"In any case of alleged parole or probation violation by a person\n\nbeing supervised in another state pursuant to the Interstate Compact\n\nfor the Supervision of Parolees and Probationers, any appropriate\n\njudicial or administrative officer or agency in another state is\n\nauthorized to hold a hearing on the alleged violation.
