Stat. tit. 57, § 57-350","heading":"Deduction from sentence of time spent on parole -","body":"Revocation of parole.\n\nA. Every person, hereinafter referred to as \"convict\", who has\n\nbeen or who in the future may be sentenced to imprisonment in any\n\nstate penal institution shall, in addition to any other deductions\n\nprovided for by law, be entitled to a deduction from his sentence\n\nfor all time during which he has been or may be on parole. The\n\nprovisions of this section are hereby declared to be both\n\nretroactive and prospective, and to apply to convicts who are on\n\nparole on the effective date of this act as well as to convicts who\n\nmay be paroled thereafter; and shall at the discretion of the\n\nparoling authority apply to time on a parole which has been or shall\n\nbe revoked.\n\nB.
