Stat. tit. 57, § 57-357","heading":"Professional investigators - Qualifications - Waiver -","body":"Attorneys.\n\nProfessional investigators shall have a four-year degree from an\n\naccredited college or university, with a major in psychology,\n\nsociology, criminal justice or related areas of study.
