Upon the granting of a parole by the Governor, and release\n\nof the inmate to the community, the Pardon and Parole Board shall\n\nprovide written notification to the following:\n\n1. The sheriff of the county in which the parolee is to reside;\n\n2. The district attorney of the county in which the parolee is\n\nto reside;\n\n3. The chief law enforcement officer of any incorporated city\n\nor town in which the parolee is to reside;\n\n4. The sheriff of the sentencing county as defined in Section\n\n513.2 of this title;\n\n5. The district attorney of the sentencing county as defined in\n\nSection 513.2 of this title;\n\n6. The chief law enforcement officer of any incorporated city\n\nor town in the sentencing county who has requested such\n\nnotification; and\n\n7. Any victim of the crime for which the parolee was convicted\n\nby mailing the notification to the last-known address of the victim,\n\nif such information is requested by the victim. The Pardon and\n\nParole Board shall not give the address of the parolee to any victim\n\nof the crime for which the parolee was convicted.\n\nB. Upon the granting of a pardon by the Governor, the Pardon\n\nand Parole Board shall provide written notification to the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. The sheriff of the sentencing county as defined in Section\n\n513.2 of this title;\n\n2. The district attorney of the sentencing county as defined in\n\nSection 513.2 of this title;\n\n3. The chief law enforcement officer of any incorporated city\n\nor town in the sentencing county who has requested such\n\nnotification; and\n\n4. Any victim of the crime for which the person receiving the\n\npardon was convicted by mailing the notification to the last-known\n\naddress of the victim, if such information is requested by the\n\nvictim. The Pardon and Parole Board shall not give the address of\n\nthe person receiving the pardon to any victim of the crime for which\n\nthe person receiving the pardon was convicted.\n\nC.
