The Department of Corrections shall provide to each\n\nwrongfully imprisoned person information that includes:\n\n1. A copy of Section 154 of Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nwhich sets forth the extent of liability of the state and its\n\npolitical subdivisions for wrongful criminal felony convictions and\n\nimprisonment pursuant to The Governmental Tort Claims Act; and\n\n2. A list of and contact information for nonprofit advocacy\n\ngroups, identified by the Department, that assist persons upon\n\nrelease from a penal institution.\n\nB. The Department shall provide the information:\n\n1. At the time of the release of the wrongfully imprisoned\n\nperson from a penal institution; or\n\n2.
