Stat. tit. 57, § 57-509A","heading":"Prison Acquisition Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Corrections to be designated the \"Prison\n\nAcquisition Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund,\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all\n\nmonies designated for deposit by law.
