Stat. tit. 57, § 57-510A","heading":"Department of Corrections Offender Management System","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Corrections to be designated the \"Department\n\nof Corrections Offender Management System Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies directed for deposit by law. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Department of Corrections\n\nfor the purpose of implementing and administering an offender\n\nmanagement system.
