Stat. tit. 57, § 57-512.1","heading":"Credits for compliance with terms and conditions of","body":"parole supervision.\n\nA. Every offender released to parole supervision may be\n\neligible to earn credits for compliance with the terms and\n\nconditions of parole supervision that reduce the term of\n\nsupervision. For every calendar month of compliance with the terms\n\nand conditions of parole supervision, the Department of Corrections\n\nmay award the offender earned credits equal to thirty (30) calendar\n\ndays to be applied toward a reduction of the parole supervision\n\nperiod. For the purposes of this section, \"compliance\" may be\n\ndefined as the absence of a violation report submitted by a\n\nprobation and parole officer during a calendar month. No person\n\nconvicted of an offense under Section 13.1 or subsection C, D, E, F,\n\nG, or J of Section 644 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be\n\neligible for earned credits pursuant to this section.\n\nB. The Department of Corrections may develop written policies\n\nand procedures necessary for the implementation of earned credits as\n\nauthorized pursuant to this section. The policies and procedures\n\ndeveloped by the Department of Corrections may include, but are not\n\nlimited to, written guidelines regarding the process to earn credits\n\nand the application of the credits toward the reduction of the term\n\nof supervision, the collection of data related to who earns credit,\n\nhow much is applied and how much of the supervision period is\n\nreduced.\n\nC. The Department may maintain a record of credits earned by an\n\noffender under this section. At least every six (6) months from the\n\ndate the offender is placed on parole supervision, the Department\n\nmay notify the offender of the current parole supervision\n\ntermination date.\n\nD. The Department may notify the Pardon and Parole Board of the\n\nimpending parole supervision termination date not less than thirty\n\n(30) days prior to the expected date.
