When any prisoner shall be discharged from the institution,\n\nthe warden or superintendent shall furnish the prisoner with proper\n\nand necessary clothing and a railroad or bus ticket to the home\n\ncommunity of the prisoner within the State of Oklahoma, if it is not\n\nin the county in which the institution is located; and if the home\n\ncommunity of the prisoner is outside the State of Oklahoma, the\n\nwarden or superintendent may furnish the necessary tickets to the\n\nhome community of the prisoner or the county in which the sentence\n\nwas imposed; and if the inmate trust account of the prisoner does\n\nnot have at least a credit balance of Fifty Dollars ($50.00), the\n\nwarden, superintendent or Chief Financial Officer may furnish such\n\nadditional sum from the petty cash fund as will afford the prisoner\n\nFifty Dollars ($50.00).\n\nB.
