Stat. tit. 57, § 57-513.1","heading":"Petty cash fund","body":"To satisfy the requirements of subsections A and B of Section\n\n513 of this title, and to timely acquire goods and services that\n\ncannot be secured through normal purchasing and invoice processes,\n\nthere is hereby created a petty cash fund within the Department of\n\nCorrections. The Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services and the Director of the Department of\n\nCorrections are authorized to fix the maximum amount of the petty\n\ncash fund, and the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services shall prescribe the rules and procedures for the\n\nadministration of the petty cash fund.
