The Department of Corrections is authorized to reimburse an\n\nemployee of the Department of Corrections for any cost associated\n\nwith initially obtaining or renewing a commercial driver license, if\n\na commercial driver license is necessary for that employee's\n\nperformance of official duties for the Department of Corrections.\n\nB.
