Stat. tit. 57, § 57-528.8","heading":"Hourly wage increase for Department personnel at certain","body":"facilities.\n\nA. On the effective date of this act, all personnel of the\n\nDepartment of Corrections pursuant to subsection C of this section,\n\nwho are employed by the state on the last working day of June 2020,\n\nand whose assigned work location on the date is either North Fork\n\nCorrectional Center, Oklahoma City Community Correctional Center, or\n\na facility listed in Section 509 of Title 57 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, shall be awarded an increase of up to Two Dollars ($2.00)\n\nper hour over their current hourly wage, or an equivalent amount if\n\nnot receiving an hourly wage.\n\nB. The two-dollar raise as provided for in subsection A of this\n\nsection shall be reduced for personnel of the Department of\n\nCorrections by an amount proportional to the raise that was received\n\npursuant to Enrolled House Bill No. 2771 of the 1st Session of the\n\n57th Oklahoma Legislature.\n\nC. Personnel of the Department of Corrections that qualify\n\npursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this section are:\n\n1. Accountant;\n\n2. Accounting Technician;\n\n3. Administrative Assistant;\n\n4. Administrative Programs Officer;\n\n5. Administrative Specialist;\n\n6. Administrative Technician;\n\n7. Alcohol and Drug Counselor;\n\n8. Business Manager;\n\n9. Business Process Analyst;\n\n10. Chaplain;\n\n11. Chief Dental Officer;\n\n12. Community Corrections Center Director;\n\n13. Correctional Activates Officer;\n\n14. Correctional Training Officer;\n\n15. Deputy Warden;\n\n16. Director of Classification/Population;\n\n17. Electrician;\n\n18. Executive Secretary;\n\n19. Facility Classification Manager;\n\n20. Fleet Specialist;\n\n21. Human Resources Management Specialist;\n\n22. Maintenance Technician;\n\n23. Mechanical Systems Technician;\n\n24. Offender Program Coordinator;\n\n25. Physical Plant Operator;\n\n26. Population Coordinator;\n\n27. Program Facilitator;\n\n28. Program Manager;\n\n29. Secretary;\n\n30. Substance Abuse Program Coordinator;\n\n31. Warden; and\n\n32.
