Stat. tit. 57, § 57-529","heading":"Medical research program - Expenses","body":"The Department of Corrections is authorized to pay expenses\n\nincurred in carrying out the medical research program at the State\n\nPenitentiary from funds received pursuant to such research program.\n\nProvided, however, that any funds not expended in carrying out such\n\nresearch program can only be expended for goods, services, personnel\n\nand capital improvement at the State Penitentiary at McAlester, the\n\nMcLeod Honor Farm, the Stringtown Subprison and the Granite\n\nReformatory.
