Stat. tit. 57, § 57-531","heading":"Disposition of monies derived from inmate work release","body":"program - Transfer of funds in Work Release Centers Revolving Fund.\n\nBeginning July 1, 1983, all monies received by the Department\n\nfor institutional care from wages earned by inmates while\n\nparticipating in the work release program shall be deposited in the\n\nState Treasury to the credit of the Department of Corrections\n\nRevolving Fund, and expenditures for operations of the work release\n\ncenters may be made from said fund.
