Stat. tit. 57, § 57-539.1","heading":"Methods for selection of vocational or vocational-","body":"technical programs offered to inmates.\n\nThe Department of Corrections, the State Department of\n\nRehabilitation Services and the State Board of Career and Technology\n\nEducation shall use the following priorities and methods of\n\nselection when implementing any program for persons in custody of\n\nthe Department of Corrections:\n\n1. The assistance of the Oklahoma Department of Career and\n\nTechnology Education or a technology center school within the State\n\nof Oklahoma;\n\n2. The assistance of a private vocational or vocational-\n\ntechnical school within the State of Oklahoma;\n\n3. The assistance of a public university, college or junior\n\ncollege located within the State of Oklahoma;\n\n4. The assistance of a private university or college located\n\nwithin the State of Oklahoma;\n\n5. The assistance of a private firm located within the State of\n\nOklahoma; and\n\n6.
