Stat. tit. 57, § 57-551","heading":"Transfer of personnel spaces and funds","body":"The State Employment Review Board, by majority vote, is\n\nauthorized to determine and approve the transfer of personnel spaces\n\nand associated salary limits, and the transfer of funds necessary to\n\nsupport such transferred personnel spaces, within the Department of\n\nCorrections and its various institutions as may be deemed essential\n\nto the proper functioning and management of these agencies.
