Stat. tit. 57, § 57-552","heading":"Referral of inmates to Pardon and Parole Board","body":"The Department Classification Committee shall have the authority\n\nto refer inmates, upon reception, to the Pardon and Parole Board\n\nunder written rules and regulations governing such referrals\n\npromulgated by said Board. The Department Classification Committee\n\nshall seek to recommend prisoners requiring alcoholism treatment\n\nservices to alcoholism treatment centers as a condition of a medical\n\nleave or parole.
