Stat. tit. 57, § 57-557.2","heading":"Oklahoma Community Sentencing Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Community Sentencing Division within the Department of\n\nCorrections to be designated the \"Oklahoma Community Sentencing\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all funds\n\nappropriated to it by the Legislature, grants, gifts, bequests and\n\nany other lawful money received for the benefit of the statewide\n\ncommunity sentencing system. All funds received shall be deposited\n\nto the fund. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Division\n\nfor state funding to approved community sentencing systems\n\nestablished pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Community\n\nSentencing Act.
