Stat. tit. 57, § 57-559","heading":"Disposition of monies received for prison rodeos and other","body":"special events - Transfer of funds in Department of Corrections\n\nRodeo and Special Events Revolving Fund.\n\nBeginning July 1, 1983, all monies received by the Department\n\nfor prison rodeos and other special events for inmates shall be\n\ndeposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Department of\n\nCorrections Revolving Fund and expenditures for prison rodeos, and\n\nother special events for inmates shall be made from said fund. The\n\nBoard may also authorize expenditures from said fund for inmate\n\nrecreation if said expenditures are in excess of the amount required\n\nto support special events and the prison rodeos, and if the fund can\n\nsupport such additional expenditures. On July 1, 1983, any cash\n\nremaining in the Department of Corrections Rodeo and Special Events\n\nRevolving Fund in excess of allotment balances or encumbrances for\n\nthe fiscal year ending June 30, 1983, shall be transferred to the\n\nDepartment of Corrections Revolving Fund and on November 15, 1983,\n\nall cash remaining in the Department of Corrections Rodeo and\n\nSpecial Events Revolving Fund shall be transferred to the Department\n\nof Corrections Revolving Fund.","path":["OK Code","Title 57"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os57.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"36bdc4e734920ee3b8263c0fb19371cc5f4285fde17f013a37805869fb09194b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-57-57-557.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-57-57-56"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
