Stat. tit. 57, § 57-561.4","heading":"Private Prison and Halfway House Capacity Development","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Corrections to be designated the \"Private\n\nPrison and Halfway House Capacity Development Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nDepartment of Corrections from such sources as may be provided by\n\nlaw. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of\n\nCorrections for the purpose of making payments required pursuant to\n\ncontracts with entities owning and operating private prisons\n\naccording to the requirements of Section 561.5 of this title.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 57"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os57.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"57ef4d2fe987c672406f3b8d5a9bb69ea4b245cdcde90d7cdbadb6b025cf8d30","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-57-57-561.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-57-57-561.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
