Stat. tit. 57, § 57-564","heading":"Inmates to exhaust administrative remedies","body":"An inmate in the custody of the Department of Corrections shall\n\ncompletely exhaust all available administrative remedies on all\n\npotential claims against the state, any governmental entity, the\n\nDepartment of Corrections, a private company providing services to\n\nthe Department of Corrections, or an employee of the state, any\n\ngovernmental entity, the Department of Corrections, or a private\n\ncompany providing services to the Department of Corrections prior to\n\ninitiating an action in district court.
