Claims in the form of a lien from an inmate or from a former\n\ninmate which arise from the prosecution, incarceration, or\n\nsupervision of the inmate shall not be accepted by any county clerk,\n\ncourt clerk, county treasurer, or any official of this state having\n\nthe authority to accept and file liens against persons or property\n\nin this state, unless the claim or lien is accompanied by a valid\n\norder from a court of competent jurisdiction.\n\nB.
