Stat. tit. 57, § 57-582.2","heading":"Forwarding of registration information and level","body":"assignment - Suspended sentences or probation - Duties of court.\n\nA. No less than seven (7) days prior to the date on which a\n\nperson, who will be subject to the provisions of the Sex Offenders\n\nRegistration Act, is to be released from a correctional institution,\n\nthe person in charge of the correctional institution shall forward\n\nthe registration information, as provided in subsection A of Section\n\n585 of this title, and level assignment to the Department of\n\nCorrections and to:\n\n1. The local law enforcement authority in the municipality or\n\ncounty in which the person expects to reside, if the person expects\n\nto reside within this state; or\n\n2. The local law enforcement authority that is identified by\n\nthe correctional institution as the agency designated by another\n\nstate to receive registration information, if the person expects to\n\nreside in that other state and that other state has a registration\n\nrequirement for sex offenders.\n\nB. If a person, who will be subject to the provisions of the\n\nSex Offenders Registration Act, received a suspended sentence or any\n\nprobationary term, including a deferred sentence imposed in\n\nviolation of subsection G of Section 991c of Title 22 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, the court shall, on the day of pronouncing the\n\njudgment and sentence:\n\n1. Utilize the sex offender level assignments established by\n\nthe sex offender level assignment committee provided for in Section\n\n582.5 of this title;\n\n2. Assign to the person a level of one, two, or three;\n\n3. Notify the person of the obligation to register as a sex\n\noffender as provided for in Section 585 of this title; and\n\n4. Order the offender to report to the local law enforcement\n\nauthority in the municipality or county in which the offender\n\nresides and to report to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections\n\nprobation and parole office in the district in which the offender\n\nresides.\n\nC. Within three (3) business days after the court orders the\n\njudgment and sentence, the court clerk shall transmit to the Sex and\n\nViolent Offenders Registration Unit of the Department of Corrections\n\nby facsimile, electronic mail or actual delivery of a certified copy\n\nof:\n\n1. The judgment and sentence; or\n\n2.
