The provisions of the Sex Offenders Registration Act shall\n\napply to any person residing, working or attending school within the\n\nState of Oklahoma who, after November 1, 1989, has been convicted,\n\nwhether upon a verdict or plea of guilty or upon a plea of nolo\n\ncontendere, or received a suspended sentence or any probationary\n\nterm, or is currently serving a sentence or any form of probation or\n\nparole for a crime or an attempt to commit a crime provided for in\n\nSection 843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes if the offense\n\ninvolved sexual abuse or sexual exploitation as those terms are\n\ndefined in Section 1-1-105 of Title 10A of the Oklahoma Statutes,\n\nSection 681, if the offense involved sexual assault, 741, if the\n\noffense involved sexual abuse or sexual exploitation, Section 748,\n\nif the offense involved human trafficking for commercial sex,\n\nSection 843.1, if the offense involved sexual abuse or sexual\n\nexploitation, Section 852.1, if the offense involved sexual abuse of\n\na child, 856, if the offense involved child sex trafficking or human\n\ntrafficking for commercial sex, 865 et seq., 885, 886, 888, 891, if\n\nthe offense involved sexual abuse or sexual exploitation, 1021,\n\n1021.2, 1021.3, 1024.2, 1029, if the offense involved child sex\n\ntrafficking, 1040.8, if the offense involved child pornography,\n\n1040.12a, 1040.13, 1040.13a, 1087, 1088, 1111.1, 1114 or 1123 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The provisions of the Sex Offenders Registration Act shall\n\napply to any person who after November 1, 1989, resides, works or\n\nattends school within the State of Oklahoma and who has been\n\nconvicted or received a suspended sentence at any time in any court\n\nof another state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam,\n\nAmerican Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the United States\n\nVirgin Islands, a federal court, an Indian tribal court, a military\n\ncourt, or a court of a foreign country for a crime, attempted crime\n\nor a conspiracy to commit a crime which, if committed or attempted\n\nin this state, would be a crime, an attempt to commit a crime or a\n\nconspiracy to commit a crime provided for in any of the laws listed\n\nin subsection A of this section.\n\nC. The provisions of the Sex Offenders Registration Act shall\n\napply to any person who resides, works or attends school within the\n\nState of Oklahoma and who has received a deferred judgment at any\n\ntime in any court of another state, the District of Columbia, Puerto\n\nRico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the\n\nUnited States Virgin Islands, a federal court, an Indian tribal\n\ncourt, a military court, or a court of a foreign country for a\n\ncrime, attempted crime or a conspiracy to commit a crime which, if\n\ncommitted or attempted or conspired to be committed in this state,\n\nwould be a crime, an attempt to commit a crime or a conspiracy to\n\ncommit a crime provided for in Section 843.5 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes if the offense involved sexual abuse or sexual\n\nexploitation as those terms are defined in Section 1-1-105 of Title\n\n10A of the Oklahoma Statutes, Section 681, if the offense involved\n\nsexual assault, 741, if the offense involved sexual abuse or sexual\n\nexploitation, Section 748, if the offense involved human trafficking\n\nfor commercial sex, Section 843.1, if the offense involved sexual\n\nabuse or sexual exploitation, Section 852.1, if the offense involved\n\nsexual abuse of a child, 856, if the offense involved child sex\n\ntrafficking or human trafficking for commercial sex, 865 et seq.,\n\n885, 886, 888, 891, if the offense involved sexual abuse or sexual\n\nexploitation, 1021, 1021.2, 1021.3, 1024.2, 1029, if the offense\n\ninvolved child sex trafficking, 1040.8, if the offense involved\n\nchild pornography, 1040.12a, 1040.13, 1040.13a, 1087, 1088, 1111.1,\n\n1114 or 1123 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The provisions\ntrafficking or human trafficking for commercial sex, 865 et seq.,\n\n885, 886, 888, 891, if the offense involved sexual abuse or sexual\n\nexploitation, 1021, 1021.2, 1021.3, 1024.2, 1029, if the offense\n\ninvolved child sex trafficking, 1040.8, if the offense involved\n\nchild pornography, 1040.12a, 1040.13, 1040.13a, 1087, 1088, 1111.1,\n\n1114 or 1123 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The provisions\n\nof the Sex Offenders Registration Act shall not apply to any such\n\nperson while the person is incarcerated in a maximum or medium\n\ncorrectional institution of the Department of Corrections.\n\nD. On November 1, 2002, any person registered as a sex offender\n\npursuant to Section 741 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall\n\nbe summarily removed from the Sex Offender Registry by the\n\nDepartment of Corrections and all law enforcement agencies of any\n\npolitical subdivision of this state, unless the offense involved\n\nsexual abuse or sexual exploitation.\n\nE. The provisions of the Sex Offenders Registration Act shall\n\nnot apply to any such person who has received a criminal history\n\nrecords expungement for a conviction in another state for a crime or\n\nattempted crime which, if committed or attempted in this state,\n\nwould be a crime or an attempt to commit a crime provided for in any\n\nlaws listed in subsection A of this section.\n\nF. The provisions of the Sex Offenders Registration Act shall\n\napply to any person residing, working or attending school within\n\nthis state who, after the effective date of this act, has been\n\nconvicted, whether upon a verdict or plea of guilty or upon a plea\n\nof nolo contendere, or received a suspended sentence or any\n\nprobationary term, or is currently serving a sentence or any form of\n\nprobation or parole for a crime or an attempt to commit a crime as\n\nprovided for in subsection G of Section 1040.13b of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nG. The provisions of the Sex Offenders Registration Act shall\n\napply to any person who resides, works or attends school within this\n\nstate and who has received a deferred judgment at any time in any\n\ncourt of another state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam,\n\nAmerican Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the United States\n\nVirgin Islands, a federal court, an Indian tribal court, a military\n\ncourt, or a court of a foreign country for a crime, if committed in\n\nthis state, would be a crime, as provided for in subsection F of\n\nSection 1040.13b of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
