Stat. tit. 57, § 57-613","heading":"Central Region Probation and Parole offices - Relocation -","body":"Purchase or lease - Purchase of building.\n\nOn or before January 1, 1995, the Central Region Probation and\n\nParole offices currently located at 4545 North Lincoln Boulevard,\n\nOklahoma City, Oklahoma County, 4512 South May Avenue, Oklahoma\n\nCity, Oklahoma County, 611 West Sheridan, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma\n\nCounty, and 1128 North Midwest Boulevard, Midwest City, Oklahoma\n\nCounty, may be relocated to one site in Oklahoma County. The new\n\noffice location shall be accessible to the offenders assigned to the\n\nCentral Region Probation and Parole offices and the new office space\n\nshall consist of sufficient square footage to accommodate staff\n\noffices, classrooms, program areas, staff conference areas, records\n\nand computer areas, general storage areas, offender interview rooms,\n\nmail room, reception area, laboratory area, photo area, secure\n\nfirearms storage areas, security equipment storage areas and other\n\nnecessary areas for operation of the probation and parole services\n\nto offenders. The Department of Corrections is hereby authorized to\n\npurchase a building or enter into a lease-purchase agreement for\n\nsuch building, subject to legislative appropriations.
