The Department of Corrections is authorized to operate on-\n\nsite primary medical treatment programs using employed or contracted\n\nproviders at facilities operated by the Department.\n\nB. Any registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, as defined\n\nin Section 567.3a of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes, who is\n\nemployed under such medical treatment programs may administer\n\nnonprescription drugs, as defined in Section 353.1 of Title 59 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes, to inmates without specific physician\n\nauthorization.\n\nC.
