Stat. tit. 57, § 57-97","heading":"Department of Corrections Offender Transport Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Corrections to be designated the \"Department\n\nof Corrections Offender Transport Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of any monies designated to the fund by law.
