Stat. tit. 58, § 58-1003","heading":"Joint tenants or tenants by the entirety","body":"Where there is no sufficient evidence to establish that the two\n\njoint tenants or tenants by the entirety have died otherwise than\n\nsimultaneously, the property so held shall be distributed one-half\n\n(1/2) as if one had survived and one-half (1/2) as if the other had\n\nsurvived. If there are more than two joint tenants and all of them\n\nhave so died the property thus distributed shall be in the\n\nproportion that one bears to the whole number of joint tenants.
