Stat. tit. 58, § 58-106","heading":"Executor disqualified by absence or minority","body":"Where a person absent from the state, or a minor, is named\n\nexecutor, and there is another executor who accepts the trust and\n\nqualifies, the latter may have letters testamentary and administer\n\nthe estate until the return of the absentee, or the majority of the\n\nminor, who may then be admitted as joint executor.
