When all the executors named are not appointed by the court,\n\nthose appointed have the same authority to perform all the acts and\n\ndischarge the trust required by the will, as effectually for every\n\npurpose as if all were appointed and should act together.\n\nB. When there are two personal representatives:\n\n1. if one of such personal representatives is laboring under\n\nany legal disability from serving, the act of the other shall be\n\neffectual; or\n\n2. if one of such personal representatives has given his\n\ncopersonal representative authority, in writing, to act for both,\n\nthe act of the copersonal representative having such authority in\n\nwriting shall be effectual.\n\nC.
