Stat. tit. 58, § 58-1102","heading":"Petition - Filing - Contents","body":"If electing to use this act, the surviving spouse shall file, in\n\nthe court having probate jurisdiction of the will, a written,\n\nverified petition with the will or a copy attached which shall\n\nallege:\n\n1. That decedent died an Oklahoma resident leaving a will which\n\ngives all of the decedent's estate to the surviving spouse and names\n\nthe surviving spouse as executor;\n\n2. The date and place of death of decedent;\n\n3. That petitioner is the surviving spouse of decedent and\n\nconsents to serve as executor;\n\n4. The names, relationship, ages and addresses of the\n\npetitioner and the heirs and contingent legatees and devisees of the\n\ndecedent; and\n\n5.
