Stat. tit. 58, § 58-1105","heading":"Final account - Filing - Requisites - Petition","body":"After completing all applicable provisions of this act, the\n\nsurviving spouse shall prepare and file a final account which need\n\nonly include a description of income and expenditures, as in other\n\nestate proceedings and shall petition the court:\n\n1. To approve the Final account;\n\n2. To determine the names and identities of the heirs and that\n\nthe surviving spouse is the sole legatee and devisee of the\n\ndecedent;\n\n3. To order distribution to the surviving spouse of all\n\nremaining assets of the estate; and\n\n4.
