Stat. tit. 58, § 58-1106","heading":"Final account and petition - Date, time and place -","body":"Notice - Hearing.\n\nThe court shall thereupon fix a date, time and place for the\n\nfinal account and petition, which date shall be not less than ten\n\n(10) nor more than thirty (30) days after the filing of the final\n\naccount and petition. There shall be notice given by mailing to the\n\nheirs and contingent legatees and devisees of the decedent, whose\n\nnames and addresses are known, not less than ten (10) days prior to\n\nthe date of the hearing and by publication one time in a newspaper\n\nin the county not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.\n\nProof of such notice shall be made and filed as in other estate\n\nproceedings.\n\nThe hearing shall be held and findings and orders made, filed\n\nand recorded in the same manner as in other estate proceedings.","path":["OK Code","Title 58"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os58.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2760b4ad63ce4774670f437fafd18aadd7561d53cf627051c7ce94c690f7433f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-58-58-1105","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-58-58-111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
