Stat. tit. 58, § 58-1206","heading":"Personal representatives or trustees - Irrevocable","body":"transfers to custodian.\n\nA. A personal representative or trustee may make an irrevocable\n\ntransfer pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of this act to a\n\ncustodian for the benefit of a minor as authorized in the governing\n\nwill or trust.\n\nB. If the testator or settlor has nominated a custodian\n\naccording to Section 4 of this act to receive the custodial\n\nproperty, the transfer must be made to that person.\n\nC.
