The validity of a transfer made in a manner prescribed in\n\nthe Oklahoma Uniform Transfers to Minors Act is not affected by:\n\n1. failure of the transferor to comply with subsection C of\n\nSection 10 of this act concerning possession and control;\n\nor\n\n2. designation of an ineligible custodian, except designation\n\nof the transferor in the case of property for which the\n\ntransferor is ineligible to serve as custodian pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of subsection A of Section 10 of this act;\n\nor\n\n3. death or incapacity of a person nominated pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 4 of this act or designated according\n\nto the provisions of Section 10 of this act as custodian or\n\nthe disclaimer of the office by that person.\n\nB. A transfer made pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of\n\nthis act is irrevocable, and the custodial property is indefeasibly\n\nvested in the minor, but the custodian has all the rights, powers,\n\nduties, and authority provided for in the Oklahoma Uniform Transfers\n\nto Minors Act, and neither the minor nor the minor's legal\n\nrepresentative has any right, power, duty, or authority with respect\n\nto the custodial property except as provided for in the Oklahoma\n\nUniform Transfers to Minors Act.\n\nC.
