A custodian may deliver or pay to the minor or expend for\n\nthe minor's benefit so much of the custodial property as the\n\ncustodian considers advisable for the use and benefit of the minor,\n\nwithout court order and without regard to:\n\n1. the duty or ability of the custodian personally or of any\n\nother person to support the minor, or\n\n2. any other income or property of the minor which may be\n\napplicable or available for that purpose.\n\nB. On petition of an interested person or the minor if the\n\nminor has attained the age of fourteen (14) years, the court may\n\norder the custodian to deliver or pay to the minor or expend for the\n\nminor's benefit so much of the custodial property as the court\n\nconsiders advisable for the use and benefit of the minor.\n\nC.
