A custodian is entitled to reimbursement from custodial\n\nproperty for reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of the\n\ncustodian's duties.\n\nB. Except for one who is a transferor pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 5 of this act, a custodian has a noncumulative\n\nelection during each calendar year to charge reasonable compensation\n\nfor services performed during that year.\n\nC.
