A minor who has attained the age of fourteen (14) years, the\n\nminor's guardian of the person or legal representative, an adult\n\nmember of the minor's family, a transferor, or a transferor's legal\n\nrepresentative may petition the court:\n\n1. for an accounting by the custodian or the custodian's legal\n\nrepresentative; or\n\n2. for a determination of responsibility, as between the\n\ncustodial property and the custodian personally, for claims against\n\nthe custodial property unless the responsibility has been\n\nadjudicated in an action pursuant to the provisions of Section 18 of\n\nthis act to which the minor or the minor's legal representative was\n\na party.\n\nB. A successor custodian may petition the court for an\n\naccounting by the predecessor custodian.\n\nC. The court, in a proceeding pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Uniform Transfers to Minors Act or in any other proceeding,\n\nmay require or permit the custodian or the custodian's legal\n\nrepresentative to account.\n\nD.
